Om en kommun tillåter en verksamhet eller åtgärd enligt en bestämmelse om undantag som avses i 5 kap. 6 § eller ger dispens från bestämmelserna i 7 kap. 15 §, ska kommunen skicka beslutet till länsstyrelsen.
Beslut enligt en bestämmelse om undantag som avses i 5 kap. 6 § ska skickas till den länsstyrelse som är vattenmyndighet. Lag (2018:1407).
