Vad som sägs i 21 kap. 3 § om handläggningen vid mark- och miljödomstol gäller även för en länsstyrelse som handlägger ett tillståndsärende eller handlägger ett anmälningsärende enligt 11 kap. 9 a § första stycket, om ärendet annars skulle ha prövats av en kommun. Lag (2010:923).
