Detta kapitel och föreskrifter som har meddelats med stöd av kapitlet ska inte tillämpas på icke-förorenade schaktmassor, om det är säkerställt att materialet kommer att användas
1. i sitt naturliga tillstånd,
2. för byggnads- eller anläggningsändamål,
3. på den plats där arbetena utfördes, och
4. på ett sätt som inte skadar eller innebär någon olägenhet för människors hälsa eller miljön. Lag (2026:507).
