Tillsynsmyndigheten skall pröva om de åtgärder som verksamhetsutövaren har redogjort för enligt 12 eller 13 § är lämpliga och tillräckliga. Tillsynsmyndigheten skall sedan förelägga verksamhetsutövaren att vidta de åtgärder för avhjälpande som behövs enligt 5 §. Lag (2007:660).
