Mervärdesskattelag (2023:200) (SFS 2023:200)

Skatt tas ut med 12 procent av beskattningsunderlaget för leverans, unionsinternt förvärv och import av sådana livsmedel som avses i artikel 2 i EU:s livsmedelsförordning, med undantag för
1. vatten som avses i artikel 6 i dricksvattendirektivet, och
2. spritdrycker, vin och starköl.
Skatt ska dock tas ut med 12 procent av beskattningsunderlaget för leverans, unionsinternt förvärv och import av vatten som tappats på flaskor eller i behållare som är avsedda för försäljning. Lag (2026:119).
