Mervärdesskattelag (2023:200) (SFS 2023:200)

Skatteverket ska besluta om gruppregistrering, ändring eller avregistrering om berörda beskattningsbara personer ansöker om detta och det inte finns särskilda skäl som talar mot ett sådant beslut.
Om förutsättningarna för gruppregistrering har upphört eller om det annars finns särskilda skäl, får Skatteverket på eget initiativ besluta om avregistrering.
