Efter beslut av Skatteverket får nya beskattningsbara personer träda in i gruppen, medlemmar träda ur gruppen eller grupphuvudmannen bytas ut.
Gruppregistreringen består till dess Skatteverket har beslutat att den ska upphöra.
Ett beslut om ändring av registreringen enligt första stycket eller om avregistrering enligt andra stycket gäller från och med dagen för beslutet eller den senare dag som Skatteverket bestämmer.
