Med enfunktionsvoucher avses en voucher för vilken det redan när den ställs ut är känt dels med vilket belopp mervärdesskatt ska betalas för de varor eller tjänster som vouchern avser, dels på vilken plats varorna levereras eller tjänsterna tillhandahålls.
Med flerfunktionsvoucher avses en annan voucher än en enfunktionsvoucher.
