Bestämmelser om vem som är betalningsskyldig för mervärdesskatt finns även i
- 11 kap. om undantag avseende varor i vissa lager,
- 12 kap. om frivillig beskattning för vissa fastighetsupplåtelser,
- 22 kap. om särskilda ordningar för distansförsäljning av varor och vissa tillhandahållanden av tjänster, och
- 23 kap. om särskild ordning för deklaration och betalning av mervärdesskatt vid import.
