Om en arbetsgivare vill att en arbetstagare ska lämna sin anställning i samband med att arbetstagaren enligt socialförsäkringsbalken får rätt till hel sjukersättning, ska arbetsgivaren skriftligen ge arbetstagaren besked om detta så snart arbetsgivaren har fått kännedom om beslutet om sjuk- ersättning. Lag (2022:835).
