Anställningsavtal avser heltid, om inte något annat har avtalats.
Om anställningsavtalet inte avser heltid, ska arbetsgivaren på arbetstagarens begäran skriftligen ange skälet till detta. Informationen ska lämnas inom tre veckor från det att begäran framställts. Lag (2022:835).
