Lag (1994:260) om offentlig anställning (SFS 1994:260)

Lagen gäller inte
1. statsråden,
2. riksdagens ombudsmän,
3. riksrevisorn, riksrevisionsdirektören och tillförordnad riksrevisor,
4. arbetstagare som är lokalanställda av svenska staten utomlands och som inte är svenska medborgare,
5. arbetstagare som är anställda med särskilt anställningsstöd, i skyddat arbete eller med lönebidrag för utveckling i anställning.
För justitiekanslern och justitieråden gäller bara 4 § om bedömningsgrunder vid anställning, 7-7 d §§ om bisysslor, 23- 29 §§ om arbetskonflikt-er, 38 § om interimistiskt beslut och 42 § andra stycket om vissa undantag från lagen (1976:580) om medbestämmande i arbetslivet. Lag (2020:107).
