Föreskrifterna om skadestånd i 38, 41 och 42 §§ lagen (1982:80) om anställningsskydd ska tillämpas, om en myndighet i ett ärende om avstängning bryter mot föreskrifter om beslutande organ eller om omröstning eller mot underrättelseskyldigheten enligt 43 §. Lag (2025:1021).
