I denna lag finns särskilda föreskrifter om arbetstagare hos
1. riksdagen och dess myndigheter,
2. myndigheterna under regeringen.
Särskilda föreskrifter om arbetstagare som avses i första stycket 2 finns också i lagen (1994:261) om fullmaktsanställning. Lag (2004:833).
