Om tiden för tillhandahållande av det digitala innehållet eller den digitala tjänsten inte följer av avtalet, ska tillhandahållandet ske utan onödigt dröjsmål.
Ett digitalt innehåll är tillhandahållet när konsumenten ges tillgång eller åtkomst till innehållet eller ett medel som är lämpligt för att få tillgång till eller ladda ned det. En digital tjänst är tillhandahållen när den görs tillgänglig för konsumenten.
För digitalt innehåll på ett fysiskt medium ska 2 kap. 1-3, 5 och 6 §§ tillämpas, i stället för det som anges i första och andra styckena. Lag (2023:732).
