Föräldraledighetslag (1995:584) (SFS 1995:584)

Mål om tillämpningen av denna lag handläggs enligt lagen (1974:371) om rättegången i arbetstvister.
Om talan förs med anledning av uppsägning eller avskedande, ska 34 och 35 §§, 37 §, 38 § andra stycket andra meningen, 39- 42 §§ och 43 § första stycket andra meningen lagen (1982:80) om anställningsskydd gälla i tillämpliga delar. I fråga om annan talan tillämpas 64-66 och 68 §§ lagen (1976:580) om medbestämmande i arbetslivet på motsvarande sätt. Lag (2022:844).
