Föräldraledighetslag (1995:584) (SFS 1995:584)

Om en arbetstagare gör gällande att han eller hon har blivit uppsagd eller avskedad av skäl som har samband med föräldraledighet eller en begäran om flexibla arbetsformer enligt denna lag, är arbetsgivaren skyldig att på arbetstagarens begäran uppge de omständigheter som åberopas som grund för uppsägningen eller avskedandet.
Uppgiften ska vara skriftlig om arbetstagaren begär det och gör gällande ett samband med föräldraledighet. Lag (2022:1294).
