Om arbetsmönstret förändras till följd av en begäran enligt 15 b § och förändringen gäller för en bestämd tid, har arbetstagaren rätt att återgå till det ursprungliga arbetsmönstret när tiden löper ut.
Om arbetstagaren på grund av ändrade omständigheter begär att få återgå till det ursprungliga arbetsmönstret innan tiden har löpt ut, ska arbetsgivaren besvara begäran inom skälig tid. Lag (2022:1294).
