Bolagsverket ska ge bolagets styrelse tillfälle att yttra sig innan verket beslutar i ett ärende enligt 25 eller 26 §. Förordnandet ska avse tiden till dess en annan revisor har blivit utsedd på föreskrivet sätt.
Vid förordnande enligt 25 § första stycket 2 ska Bolagsverket entlediga den obehöriga revisorn. Lag (2013:737).
