Ett avtalsvillkor som har till syfte att bolagsstämman ska välja en viss revisor eller en revisor som finns med i en viss förteckning eller liknande är ogiltigt. Detsamma gäller sådana begränsningar i bolagsordningen. Lag (2016:431).
