I andra bolag än de som avses i 13 och 14 §§ ska en auktoriserad revisor utses till revisor, om ägare till minst en tiondel av samtliga aktier i bolaget begär det vid den bolagsstämma där revisorsval ska ske. Lag (2013:218).
