Aktiebolagslag (2005:551) (SFS 2005:551)

Bolagsverket skall genast kungöra i Post- och Inrikes Tidningar vad som har registrerats i aktiebolagsregistret. Beslut om konkurs eller företagsrekonstruktion skall dock inte kungöras enligt denna lag.
En kungörelse som avser en ändring i ett förhållande som tidigare har förts in i registret skall endast ange ändringens art.
En kungörelse skall avfattas på samma språk som registreringen i aktiebolagsregistret. Lag (2006:486).
