Trots 2 § får ett bolagsstämmobeslut registreras, om det enligt 7 kap. 51 § första stycket inte längre är möjligt att föra talan mot beslutet. Detsamma gäller för sådana uppgifter i en fastställd rekonstruktionsplan som avses i 4 kap. 31 § lagen (2022:964) om företagsrekonstruktion, om rättens beslut att fastställa planen har fått laga kraft. Lag (2024:1117).
