I bolag som inte är avstämningsbolag skall den beslutade utdelningen betalas vid den tidpunkt som bolagsstämman eller, efter stämmans bemyndigande, styrelsen beslutar. I sådana fall som avses i 11 § skall utdelningen dock betalas genast.
I avstämningsbolag skall utdelningen utbetalas genast efter avstämningsdagen.
