Om ett beslut enligt 2-5 eller 7 § skall godkännas av bolagsstämman i ett moderbolag och det finns flera moderbolag som är publika aktiebolag, skall godkännandet lämnas av bolagsstämman i det bolag bland dessa som är moderbolag i den största koncernen.
