Ett beslut som enligt 2-5 eller 7 § skall fattas eller godkännas av bolagsstämma är giltigt endast om det har biträtts av aktieägare med minst nio tiondelar av såväl de avgivna rösterna som de aktier som är företrädda vid bolagsstämman.
