I ett avstämningsbolag ska fondaktierätter och teckningsrätter registreras i avstämningsregister.
Om bolaget har tillförsäkrat innehavare av teckningsoptioner eller konvertibler rätt till teckning av nya aktier, teckningsoptioner eller konvertibler och teckningsoptionerna eller konvertiblerna har registrerats i avstämningsregister, ska också rätten till teckning registreras på samma sätt. Lag (2016:60).
