Statute text (verbatim, original language)
Överlåts eller pantsätts emissionsbevis eller teckningsoptionsbevis, skall bestämmelserna om skuldebrev i 13, 14 och 22 §§ lagen (1936:81) om skuldebrev tillämpas. Härvid skall beviset anses vara ett skuldebrev ställt till innehavaren, om det har ställts till innehavaren, och i övrigt anses vara ett skuldebrev ställt till viss man eller order.
