Offentlige virksomheter skal arbeide aktivt og målrettet for å fremme universell utforming innen virksomheten. Det samme gjelder for private virksomheter rettet mot allmennheten.Endret ved lov 11 juni 2021 nr. 77 (ikr. 1 jan 2022 iflg. res. 11 juni 2021 nr. 1910).
