§ 25. Heving.
(1) Kjøperen kan heve kjøpet når forsinkelsen medfører vesentlig kontraktbrudd.
(2) Kjøpet kan også heves dersom selgeren ikke leverer innen en rimelig tilleggsfrist for oppfyllelse som kjøperen har fastsatt.
(3) Mens tilleggsfristen løper kan ikke kjøperen heve, med mindre selgeren har sagt at han ikke vil oppfylle innen fristen.
