§ 24. Forespørsel.
Dersom selgeren spør om kjøperen tross forsinkelsen vil motta levering, eller underretter kjøperen om at han vil levere innen en angitt tid, men kjøperen ikke svarer innen rimelig tid etter at han har fått meldingen, kan han ikke heve om oppfyllelse skjer innen den tid som er angitt.
