§ 43 Selgerens krav

Dersom forbrukeren ikke betaler eller oppfyller sine øvrige plikter etter avtalen eller loven, og dette ikke skyldes selgeren eller forhold på selgerens side, kan selgeren
kreve oppfyllelse etter § 44
kreve heving etter § 45
kreve erstatning og rente etter § 46
holde ytelsen tilbake etter § 9.
Selgerens rett til erstatning og rente faller ikke bort ved at han eller hun gjør gjeldende andre krav, eller ved at disse ikke kan gjøres gjeldende.
