Den som hindrer undersøkelser som offentlig myndighet iverksetter etter denne lov eller unnlater å yte pliktig bistand eller å gi opplysninger som anses nødvendig for utførelsen av tilsynet etter denne lov, straffes med bøter med mindre forholdet rammes av § 19-1 eller strengere straffebud i straffeloven. Medvirkning straffes ikke.Endret ved lov 19 juni 2015 nr. 65 (ikr. 1 okt 2015).
