Reglene om konkurranse- og kundeklausuler i dette kapittel gjelder ikke for virksomhetens øverste leder dersom vedkommende i skriftlig avtale har sagt fra seg slike rettigheter mot etterlønn før fratreden.Tilføyd ved lov 18 des 2015 nr. 104 (ikr. 1 jan 2016 iflg. res. 18 des 2015 nr. 1578, se endringslovens III).
