What duties does a company have in its supply chain?
Companies within scope must set up a risk management system, carry out a risk analysis, issue a policy statement, anchor preventive measures in their own operations and at direct suppliers, take remedial action where a violation is found, establish a complaints procedure and document compliance on an ongoing basis.
