When must the annual report be filed with the Danish Business Authority?
The annual report must reach the Danish Business Authority no later than five months after the end of the financial year for most companies, and four months for listed and state-owned public companies. If the deadline is missed, management can be charged a fee and the company can be sent for compulsory dissolution.
