Arbetsgivaren ska betala ut semesterlön till arbetstagaren i samband med semesterledigheten.
Semesterlön för rörliga lönedelar som avses i 16 a § tredje stycket ska betalas senast en månad efter semesterårets utgång. Lag (2009:1439).
