Semesterledighet får inte utan arbetstagarens medgivande förläggas till uppsägningstid.
Skulle vid uppsägning från arbetsgivarens sida uppsägningstiden helt eller delvis infalla under redan utlagd semesterledighet och beror uppsägningen på förhållanden som inte hänför sig till arbetstagaren personligen, ska semesterledighetens förläggning i samma mån upphävas, om arbetstagaren begär det.
Första och andra styckena gäller inte om uppsägningstiden överstiger sex månader. Lag (2009:1439).
