Semesterledighet ska förläggas så, att arbetstagare med lägre sysselsättningsgrad än heltid eller med oregelbunden arbetstid får lika lång ledighet som en arbetstagare som arbetar heltid eller en arbetstagare med regelbunden arbetstid. Lag (2009:1439).
