En anmälningspliktig verksamhet får påbörjas tidigast sex veckor efter det att anmälan har gjorts, om inte något annat anges i föreskrifter som har meddelats med stöd av 6 d § 3 eller 4 eller i beslut som tillsynsmyndigheten i ett enskilt fall fattat med stöd av sådana föreskrifter. Lag (2025:770).
