Dispens enligt någon av bestämmelserna i 7, 9-11, 18 b- 18 h, 20 och 22 §§ från förbud eller andra föreskrifter som meddelats med stöd av detta kapitel får ges endast om det är förenligt med förbudets eller föreskriftens syfte. Lag (2025:512).
