Den som prövar tillståndsfrågan ska i ett särskilt beslut eller i samband med att tillståndsfrågan avgörs ta ställning till om miljökonsekvensbeskrivningen uppfyller kraven i detta kapitel så att den specifika miljöbedömningen kan slutföras. Ett sådant ställningstagande får inte överklagas särskilt. Lag (2017:955).
