Avgränsningssamrådet ska påbörjas och samrådsunderlaget lämnas i så god tid att det ger utrymme för ett meningsfullt samråd innan verksamhetsutövaren utformar miljökonsekvensbeskrivningen och den slutliga tillståndsansökan. Lag (2017:955).
