Regeringen får meddela föreskrifter om
1. skyldighet för en kommun att upprätta en förebyggande luftkvalitetsstrategi,
2. vad en förebyggande luftkvalitetsstrategi ska innehålla,
3. hur en förebyggande luftkvalitetsstrategi ska tillgängliggöras, och
4. hur en förebyggande luftkvalitetsstrategi ska följas upp. Lag (2023:629).
