Den myndighet som handlägger ett mål eller ärende enligt denna balk ska se till att sådana beslutade åtgärdsprogram och förvaltningsplaner som avses i detta kapitel och som har betydelse för prövningen finns tillgängliga i målet eller ärendet. Lag (2018:1407).
