Inom kustområdena och skärgårdarna i Bohuslän från gränsen mot Norge till Brofjorden, i Småland och Östergötland från Simpevarp till Arkösund och i Ångermanland från Storfjärden vid Ångermanälvens mynning till Skagsudde får anläggningar som avses i 17 kap. 4 a § 1-11 inte komma till stånd.
På Öland får anläggningar som avses i 17 kap. 4 a § 1-6 och 8- 11 inte komma till stånd. Lag (2026:1381).
