Kan i fråga om skador som avser egendom ersättningens belopp lämpligen uppskattas på förhand, skall ersättning bestämmas för framtida skador, om en part begär det.
Om det finns skälig anledning, kan ersättningen bestämmas till ett visst årligt belopp. Ändras förhållandena sedan ersättningen har bestämts på detta sätt, kan ersättningen jämkas efter vad som är skäligt med hänsyn till de ändrade förhållandena.
