Talan om skadestånd får föras som grupptalan enligt lagen (2002:599) om grupprättegång.
Talan om förbud mot fortsatt verksamhet eller om skyddsåtgärder eller andra försiktighetsmått enligt 12 § får föras enligt samma lag som enskild grupptalan eller organisationstalan.
Vid en grupptalan enligt första eller andra stycket tillämpas lagen (2002:599) om grupprättegång med undantag för 2 § första stycket andra meningen och andra stycket, 3 och 5 §§ samt 24 § andra stycket andra meningen och tredje stycket. Lag (2002:600).
