/Upphör att gälla U:den dag som regeringen bestämmer/ Om ett beslut som avses i 4 § första stycket 1, 2, 5, 6 eller 8 innebär att det krävs tillstånd för en viss verksamhet eller åtgärd, betalas ersättning endast om tillstånd har vägrats eller förenats med särskilda villkor.
Om det enligt 7 kap. 24 § har meddelats ett förbud att vidta en åtgärd utan tillstånd och tillstånd vägras, gäller 4 § första stycket. Lag (2025:42).
