Om det råder tvist om bättre rätt till ersättning, skall ersättningen deponeras hos länsstyrelsen, även om depositionen inte behövs enligt 6 kap. 1 § expropriationslagen (1972:719). Bestämmelserna i 6 kap. 17-19 §§ i samma lag skall tillämpas i fråga om sådan deposition.
